General practice is a dynamic area of medicine with a strong focus on providing person-centred care. In East Sussex, GP training is a 3 year programme, with posts in hospitals and GP surgeries. Hospital posts are based in either the Conquest Hospital, Hastings, or Eastbourne District General Hospital. GP surgeries with training posts are across East Sussex, including in Seaford, Eastbourne, Heathfield, Bexhill, Hastings and Rye.
